Kailyn Vilett is a dedicated and compassionate medical assistant who serves as a key member of our clinical team. She provides both administrative and clinical support, helping ensure that patient care is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with a personal touch.

In her role, Kailyn performs a wide range of responsibilities, including obtaining patient histories, recording vital signs, assisting with clinical procedures, scheduling appointments, and coordinating insurance, billing, and coding processes. She is cross-trained in nearly every aspect of the practice and plays a central role in daily operations, functioning primarily as the office manager and administrator while continuing to support patient care.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Kailyn graduated high school there before attending Florida State University, where she initially pursued business before transitioning to psychology. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2024 and subsequently relocated to Central Florida to continue her professional career in healthcare.

Kailyn is currently a pre-physician assistant student and plans to begin PA school in 2027, with the goal of returning to our practice as a licensed medical provider. Her commitment to patient care, strong work ethic, and leadership within the office make her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Kailyn enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her two golden retrievers, and is an avid golfer.
